How to customise order, user, and administrator page views

You can customise the columns shown and sort information in each column on the order, user, and administrator pages. Each page will have different column titles, but how to customise is the same across all pages.

How to sort column information

You can sort the information in each column by using the column dropdown menus, next to the title at the top of each column.

  • To sort the order of the information, you can choose to sort by ‘Asc’ (ascending) or ‘Desc’ (descending).
  • To clear any sorting you have applied, choose ‘Clear’ from the column dropdown menu. Refreshing or leaving the page will also clear any sorting applied to columns.

How to hide and show columns

You can customise the columns shown on each page using the ‘View’ dropdown menu, in the right-hand corner above the columns.

  • In the ‘View’ dropdown menu, the articles shown in the page view are marked with a tick.
  • To hide a column, choose ‘Hide’ from the column dropdown menu. You can also go to the ‘View’ dropdown menu and toggle off the column you would like to hide by clicking on the column title in the dropdown.
  • To show a column you have hidden, go to the ‘View’ dropdown menu and click on the column title you would like to show. Refreshing or leaving the page will also show any hidden columns.
