How do I bulk import users?

You can bulk import users to add multiple users from an uploaded file using the instructions below:

  1. Click 'Users' in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Choose 'Add users' on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Select the order you would like to add the users to.
  4. Click ‘Import’ on the top right-hand side of the page.
  5. Select your file to upload. You can upload files in .xlsx, .xls, and .csv formats.

To bulk import users, the uploaded file should contain the following details for each user:

  • The user’s first name
  • The user’s middle name (if required)
  • The user’s last name
  • The user’s email address

You can sort the user details into these columns in the original file, or the user details can be sorted after uploading the file to the Hub.

  1. Once the file has been uploaded, select the row containing the headings (first name, middle name, last name, email address) using the tick boxes on the left-hand side. Then click ‘Next’.
