How to search education and institution orders

If you have multiple orders within the Booost Hub, you can search for an order by clicking 'Orders' from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.

When on the 'Orders' page, you can type the order reference into the search bar.

If you don't know the order reference, you can filter your search:

• Click 'View' on the right-hand side of the page, and apply the filter 'Status'. This will show which orders are active and which are expired.
• Use the dropdown menu for the number of results in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. This will increase or decrease the number of orders on each page of your search.
• Click any column header to sort its contents by ascending or descending. You can use this sort any columns you have on your orders view (for example, reference, start date, end date, product).
