How to edit education or institution product user information

You can use the orders page to search for users and edit user information, such as name and email.

Editing user information in 'Users'

  1. Click ‘Users’ in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Type the user's email address into the search bar, or filter your search using the dropdown to find the correct order.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the user entry to view, and then 'Edit user' to edit their record.

Editing user information in 'Orders'

  1. Click ‘Orders’ in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Type the order reference into the search bar, or filter your search using the dropdown to find the correct order.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the row, and choose 'View users'.
  4. Type in the user's email address in the search bar, or click on the 'Name' column to sort user entries alphabetically.
  5. Click the three dots at the right-hand end of the row of the user entry to view, and then 'Edit user' to edit their record.
