How to manage education and institution users through orders
You can use the orders page to search for and manage user information, such as name and email.
To manage users:
- Click 'Orders' in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
- Type the order reference into the search bar, or filter your search using the dropdown to find the correct order.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the row, and choose 'View users'.
- Type in the user's email address in the search bar, or click on the 'Name' column to sort user entries alphabetically.
- Click the three dots at the right-hand end of the row of the user entry to view or edit their record.
