How to manage education and institution users through orders

You can use the orders page to search for and manage user information, such as name and email.

To manage users:

  1. Click 'Orders' in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Type the order reference into the search bar, or filter your search using the dropdown to find the correct order.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the row, and choose 'View users'.
  4. Type in the user's email address in the search bar, or click on the 'Name' column to sort user entries alphabetically.
  5. Click the three dots at the right-hand end of the row of the user entry to view or edit their record.
