How to resend invites to education or institution users

When users have been added they will automatically be sent an email to invite them to the products. If you need to resend a licence to a user you can follow the steps below:

1. Click 'Users' in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Type the user's email address into the search bar.
3. Click the three dots at the right-hand end of the row of the user entry.
4. If the user only has one product licence, click “Resend invite”.
5. If the user has multiple product licences, select the correct one and then click “Resend invite”.
